Establish your customers’ credit rating quickly and easily: With this module the CommerceEngine creates a “limit profile”, which you can set up individually for each channel and payment mode. This takes into account both outstanding items and the permitted sales in a defined period.
With the automated creditworthiness assessment and limit monitoring, you will reduce bad debt losses and can check all orders centrally. The module enables the CommerceEngine to connect directly to credit agencies and transaction service providers. This lets you offer your customers highly convenient payment options without running the risk of higher amortisation.
The volume of outstanding items is automatically determined by reconciling accounts receivable (from eF|CE.DebtorsManagement) with existing payment information. The risk management system also supports the consolidation of individual ratings into master budget profiles and the creation of B2B customer profiles at the company level.
In addition to using its own data for credit analysis, the module provides the ability to incorporate information from credit agencies and similar data service providers quickly and easily via a so-called "snap-in". If there is any delay in processing an order, e.g. due to a goods backlog or production durations, an automatic check will be triggered after a defined period has elapsed. This means we can ensure you are always working with up-to-date information.
